Taylor Nicole Designs uses PayPal to process orders. When using PayPal you can pay by credit card or direct transfer from you bank account. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. All refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.

Credit Card Security:

Taylor Nicole Designs uses Mal's e-commerce shopping cart system. When a customer places an order we are notified by e-mail. That e-mail will contain details of their order excluding the credit card number which we collect from the secure section at Mal's e-commerce. Mal's site is tested daily by Hacker Safe.

Sales Tax:

Taylor Nicole Designs charges 7% sales tax for all Georgia residents.

Return & Exchange on Non-Custom Items:

Taylor Nicole Designs wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be UNUSED and in it's original condition. Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Re-shipping charges will be charged for all exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Monogrammed and Personalized Items:

All items that are monogrammed, personalized or embroidered with a name, initials or custom design cannot be returned.

ALL SALES ON DISCOUNT OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Shipping is calculated by weight. You will recieve an email when your order is shipped along with the tracking information. All embroidered items are made to order and will ship out in 1-2 weeks after processing. If an item is out of stock this will add to the delivery time.

Cancellation Policy:

All items purchased are made to order. Once you have placed an order it is processed immediately, therefore once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Information that you submit to Taylor Nicole Designs will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party. Your personal information is used to process your order and advise you of the status and shipment of your order.
